Kimberly Wilson Daniel, M.Ed, GCDF, known as “Coach D,” is a multifaceted professional dedicated to guiding individuals back to fundamental principles. As a mother, grandmother, educator, mentor, author, public speaker, Realtor®, and Edupreneur, she embodies a commitment to EDUCATE, EQUIP, and EMPOWER people for success.

Currently serving as Founder and Director of Keystone Instruction and Career Readiness Coach at Lithonia High School, Kimberly’s extensive background in education spans diverse roles, including former Fulton County Schools College and Career Academy Leader, Master Teacher Leader, Director of Financial Aid, CTAE Entrepreneurship Pathway Specialist, and District Learning Architect. With over two decades of experience, she offers expertise in areas such as Postsecondary Support Coaching, New Teacher Mentorship, CTAE Program Development, Leadership Development, Curriculum Design, and Student Success Strategies.

Kimberly passionately assists high school counselors and postsecondary support departments in empowering students to explore and pursue meaningful postsecondary pathways.  Through personalized coaching, innovative professional development, and actionable strategies, Kimberly helps schools improve student outcomes by addressing barriers to success, including discipline, attendance, and mindset shifts. Her work equips counselors and support staff with the tools to guide students toward opportunities in college, trade schools, apprenticeships, military service, and skilled careers, fostering a culture of achievement and purpose within school communities. Her dedication extends to community involvement, where she leverages her skills and resources to empower individuals and foster academic and professional success.

Kimberly was born and raised in Toccoa, Georgia. She holds degrees from North Georgia Technical College, Piedmont College, and the University of Phoenix, with qualifications including a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Tier 1 Education Leadership certification, coaching endorsement, and an Entrepreneurship and Small Business certification. She is also a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and licensed Real Estate agent in Georgia.

With her wealth of experience and passion for empowerment, Kimberly serves as an impactful speaker for educators, colleges, conferences, summer camps, parent meetings, and after-school programs alike.
